Appointments
I am currently only providing online therapy services using a HIPAA compliant video platform.
Online therapy is an equally effective option to in-person therapy, and there are so many benefits! Many clients prefer having their sessions from the comfort of their own home, and love how it saves them time they would be spending getting to and from appointments. You also don't have to encounter the additional stressors of traffic, parking, waiting rooms, or worrying about being seen at a therapist's office. If you have any questions or concerns about online video therapy, please contact me!

I am licensed to practice as a therapist in the state of Colorado, and therefore can only see clients who currently reside in Colorado. ​
Fees
Private pay
50 minute individual therapy session: $150
​
If you are using insurance, your individual copayment or coinsurance may vary based on your plan, and you should contact your insurance company to inquire about specific out-of-pocket costs.

I contract with a 3rd party agency for billing that handles all insurance payments so that I can focus on your care.
Getting Started
So you want to work together? Great! Here's what you can expect from the initial scheduling process:

1. Reach out to me via the contact form on this website, e-mail or phone call or text message to schedule your free phone consultation.

2. Once you confirm you'd like to move forward, we will schedule your intake appointment, and you will receive an invitation in your email to set up your account and review and sign forms in the client portal.
​
3. I will email you the link for telehealth appointments ahead of your scheduled session and we will meet virtually for your first full appointment. No need to download anything, you just need internet connection and a web browser.

If I am out of network with your insurance company I can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to confirm if you have out of network benefits.
